Each insert contains a layer of electrostatic filter media that intercepts particles as small as 2.5 microns right at the point of entry, before they reach the nasal tissue where your body starts reacting.
The surgical-grade silicone frame sits gently inside the nostril without blocking airflow, squeezing, or causing heat buildup. Four sizes included so you find a fit that actually seals.
